Access Swipes, Remote Controls, Key Orders
Ordering your access swipes, remote controls and keys is easy and you can do it any time that suits you. To purchase your access product just follow the steps and complete the required fields. It's that easy!
After completing the required fields you will be taken to our secure online payment facility. Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted or alternatively you can send a cheque with your order reference number.
Within a few minutes of submitting your order you will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order. We then check your details to determine whether you are authorised to purchase access products and whether the order can proceed.
Who is "authorised" to purchase access products?
An owner of a lot is authorised to purchase access products and the managing agent acting on behalf of the owner is authorised to purchase access products for their tenants. Tenants should approach their property managers to order additional access products.
If your request for the access product is unsuccessful for whatever reason and we can't go ahead with your order we will be in touch via email.
Delivery of the product will take approximately 2-3 working days from when we confirm your order. If you require your product urgently you can request it to be delivered by Courier at an extra cost. The product will be delivered to your nominated address along with a Tax Invoice for your records.
