The 24/7 call centre is designed to cater for maintenance issues that arise from time to time which impact common areas of the Body Corporate.
This system was established in response to a demand for fast, easy access to quality property service professionals and is comprised of a Melbourne based call centre which is available to assist residents with the maintenance of common areas and emergency issues for all the properties we manage around Australia.
The call centre uses only property service professionals which have successfully passed the Network Pacific Accreditation Process.
What is the Network Pacific Accreditation Process ?
Network Pacific Accreditation Process is a quality assurance process where a property service professional undergoes a series of checks including:
- An ABN check
- A credit reference check
- A business name check
- A license check (if required)
- An insurance check for public liability and workers compensation.

- All jobs are given a job number and can be recalled at any time
- All jobs are monitored by our Body Corporate Managers
