Owners Corporate Certificates
Form 3 Requests
Making an application for a Owners Corporate Certificate (VIC only*) has never been easier, simply follow the steps and complete the required fields.
Once you have finished entering your details you can make an online payment using our secure online payment facility or alternatively you can send a cheque with your order reference number.
Within a few minutes of submitting your application you will receive an email from us confirming that your application has been received.
Once your payment has been received by our office your certificate will be issued and sent to you via post.

*Please note a Owners Corporate Certificate (Form 3) is only applicable for properties in Victoria, if you require a Owners Corporate Information Certificate (QLD) or Certificate under section 109 of the Strata Schemes Management Act (NSW) or a body corporate or strata information certificate for properties in states other than Victoria please contact us on form3@networkpacific.com.au or call 03 9816 4722.
