Our objective is to ensure both the tenant and landlord enjoy a good stable working relationship throughout the term of the lease period. We believe that in conjunction to the traditional Property Manager role it is also critical to manage the day to day maintenance issues that potentially could impact the tenant's business activities. With this in mind we have established a 24/7 call centre which attends to maintenance and emergency after hours call outs. Our Role

Our obligation and responsibilities to the landlord would be to carry out the following:

Network Pacific Real Estate Pty Ltd transacts all funds through a registered Real Estate Trust Account. Within each twelve month period an independent audit is carried out, this provides our clients with the required crosscheck to ensure the trust account is maintained correctly.
