Bodies Corporate set for a shake up - REIV 20/05/2006
In 1988 there were around 200,000 Victorians living and working in around 35,000 bodies corporate, now there are at least 65,000 involving over 1,000,000 Victorians. There has been a dramatic increase in higher density living and the laws need to be updated to reflect that.
