Network Pacific Real Estate Pty Ltd is committed to providing you with the highest levels of service and this includes a responsibility to protect your privacy. From December 2002 we have been bound by the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 regarding the protection of your personal information.
Personal information held by Network Pacific Real Estate Pty Ltd may include your name, current and previous address, telephone and mobile phone numbers, e-mail address, occupation, Australian Business Number and your employer organisation.
If you chose not to provide personal information we may not be able to provide you with the level of service you require and that which we pride ourselves on.
How we collect personal information
Network Pacific Real Estate Pty Ltd collects personal information in a number of ways, including:

- when you provide information by telephone
- written correspondence, e-mail or personal meetings
- from third parties such as your employer organisation
- credit reporting agencies and organisations with whom we have a relationship such as insurance companies
- from publicly available sources of information.
At all times we maintain secure records which our staff access only at the level they ‘need to know' to provide services to you.

Your personal information may be used in order to:

- administer and manage those services including quotations, billing and collecting debts
- conduct appropriate credit reference checks

When we disclose personal information
Occasionally we may disclose your personal information to organisations outside Network Pacific Real Estate Pty Ltd that include:
- contract service providers who manage the services we provide to you such our maintenance tradespeople

- credit reporting and fraud checking agencies
- credit providers relating to such areas as credit worthiness, credit rating, credit provision and financing
- our professional advisers, including our accountants, auditors and lawyers
- government and regulatory authorities and other organisations, as required, or authorised by law.

Network Pacific Real Estate Pty Ltd takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the personal information we collect, use and disclose is accurate, complete and up to date. As the accuracy of that information depends to a large extent on the information you provide, we recommend that you:

- keep us up to date with changes to personal information such as your name or address.
Your access to your personal information

Internet Privacy Policy
If you visit an unsecured area of our website (where you are not required to log on) to browse or download information, we will record the date and time of your visit, the page that you viewed, the path you followed to get there and the information, if any, that you downloaded. This information cannot be used to personally identify you. The information is used for statistical and maintenance purposes which aid with the continual evaluation of the websiteWe take all reasonable steps to ensure that your information is properly protected from unauthorised access, disclosure or modification. Our security measures include, but are not limited to, encrypting the data sent from your computer to our server, firewalls and virus scanning tools. Any information so collected is stored on our server, which can only be accessed by our staff.
We do not use any information collected from our website to send unsolicited advertising material (SPAM) to your computer.
Other information may be collected when you apply for an online product, make a payment online or send us a query via email.
Online Purchase and Payment
When purchasing online products or making a payment online, the information required by online forms may be collected, used or disclosed by us. The manner in which this may occur is explained on any such online forms.
When purchasing a product with a credit card, your credit card number is not stored and your information is not transferred over the internet to your card provider.
All purchases and listed prices are in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
Security
We use ANZ's eGATE faciltiy for our online payment service which securely processes credit card transactions over the Internet. When transacting via the ANZ secure server, your credit card and personal details are encrypted using the latest industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 Bit encryption technology before being sent over the Internet. No credit card details are stored at this site.
Enquiries
When sending us an email from our web page, our form may ask you for your email address or contact phone number, amongst other information, to ensure that your query can be dealt with efficiently. It is your choice as to whether you provide such additional information. However, the form will indicate the information that is essential for your query to be dealt with. The information that you do provide is only used for the purposes of responding to or otherwise dealing with your query.
We are confident in the manner that we protect your privacy. Rest assured that your information is protected from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. Any information that is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected or for the purpose of conforming with laws is destroyed. All files, letters, correspondence and any other document or electronic data that is no longer required is properly disposed of.
