Product Returns Policy
Network Pacific Real Estate Pty Ltd offers a replacement policy for any defective products identified within 14 days of purchase.
Replacement product will be issued for faulty or defective products identified within 14 days of purchase. All requests for replacement require authorisation from Network Pacific Real Estate Pty Ltd.
Products ordered in error will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Defective Products
A product will be accepted for replacement, within 14 days of purchase, if deemed to be defective or faulty.
Products can only be returned for replacement if the following conditions exist:
- Product is returned in original condition
- Product is suitably packaged for transportation for return
- No environmental damage (corrosion or staining)
- No damage from normal wear and tear
- No defacing of the product
Products returned that do not meet these will be ineligible for replacement.
How to request a replacement
To return a defective item you MUST first obtain a Return Authorisation from Network Pacific Real Estate Pty Ltd. Product returns will not be accepted without prior consent from Network Pacific Real Estate Pty Ltd.
You will need to call us within 14 days of receiving the item on 03 9816 4722. We will evaluate your replacement request, and (if appropriate) issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RA). We will also provide you address details of where to send your defective item.
Please ensure that your RA number is clearly displayed on the return packaging.
Send your item to the return address we will provide. Please pack goods appropriately - goods packaged without due care may render the return agreement null and void.
As soon as the defective item has been received, a replacement product will be shipped.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- The return must be received by Network Pacific Real Estate Pty Ltd within 7 days after the RA number has been issued.
- Replacement product will only be shipped after the item in question has been received by Network Pacific Real Estate Pty Ltd.
- All returns must include the RA number.
- Any item that is returned to Network Pacific Real Estate Pty Ltd without an RA number will be returned to sender.
- Network Pacific Real Estate Pty Ltd recommends that high value goods be returned via registered post.
- If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, then you will need to contact us first on 03 9816 4722 to confirm if your return can be accepted.
